Snowboard and Ski Performance course
Good riding technique is the foundation of your safety in the winter mountains.
This course was developed for everyone who wants to improve their skills and boost their performance in skiing or snowboarding. We will teach you how to carve turns on the piste and how to transfer this knowledge in the backcountry.
During the course we will discuss and work on topics, including: body position, biomechanical forces that are applied to our snowboard or skis, how to improve our control in changing terrain and in high speed.
We will talk about how to read the terrain and choose our line, depending on the formations of the face we are riding. How to manage our speed accordingly, so that we can make a fluid descend rather than fight with gravity.
