Chamonix Splitboard and Ski camp
Join us for a trip to the Mont Blanc Massif to explore the area around Chamonix – one of the best backcountry destinations in the world.
Chamonix is a mountain town, known as the world’s mountaineering capital, as well as one of the most sought after destinations for freeriding and ski touring. The steep faces surrounding the valley offer exciting descents for intermediate and advanced skiers and snowboarders. The specific micro climate of the valley favors for good snow conditions over long periods after a snowfall.
We offer you a week-long trip, during which we are going to use the lifts, as well as our touring skis or splitboards, in order to find the best snow conditions and descents.

Difficulty level: Intermediate – Advanced
You need to be in a good physical condition. Good level of off piste skiing or snowboarding. During the ski touring days we will do 600-1000 m of vertical gain (3-5 hours of walking).
ITINERARY:
- Day 1:
- Departure from Sofia. Night in Slovenia.
- Day 2:
- Arrival and check in in Chamonix.
- Day 3-8:
- Riding in Chamonix.
- Day 9:
- Departure from Chamonix. Night in Slovenia.
- Day 10:
- Arrival in Sofia.
Necessary equipment:
- Splitboard or touring skis + poles*
- Avalanche equipment (Transceiver, shovel, probe)*
- Appropriate backpack (around 30L)
- Crampons (lightweight ones if possible)*
- • Ice axe (lightweights one is preferred)*
- • Harness (lightweight ski mountaineering harness works best)*
- • Sling and a carabiner*
- Appropriate clothing (Gore Tex jacket & pants, down jacket, fleece, thermal underwear)
- Gloves, 2 pairs
- Sun glasses, ski goggles
- Ski helmet

*Accommodation in Chamonix is in a mountain chalet. We’ll reserve the entire property for our group, with bedrooms for 2, 3 and 4 people. The chalet is comfortable, equipped with a kitchen, dinning and living rooms.

– Extra costs for beverages , snacks and souvenirs
Important information:
- The trip groups will be guided by certified splitboard guides.
- Maximum 6 participants per 1 guide.
- Minimum number of participants: 4 Maximum participants: 10.
- In the in case that you do not have some of the equipment, we can assist in providing it for rent or purchase.
- The organizers reserve the right to make any changes to the itinerary and location in case of bad weather or snow conditions.
